The following terms and conditions outline the policies governing all purchases made on www.roe2me-dolly.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

 

* About the Dolls *

Every Roe2me Dolly creation is original and handcrafted with love. Due to the artisanal process, subtle variations—such as slight asymmetry, minor polishing marks, or color shifts under different lighting—are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects. These nuances contribute to the unique soul and individuality of each piece, ensuring no two dolls are ever identical.

 

 * Layaway Plan*

We offer a layaway payment option for orders exceeding $1,000 USD. We accept payments via PayPal or Bank Transfer.

· A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to initiate your order and secure the layaway plan.
· Once your doll is completed, we will notify you approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the scheduled shipment date to settle the remaining 50% balance and shipping fees.
· The doll will only be shipped after the full outstanding balance has been cleared.

 

* Order Duration *

Made to order products usually takes 4~8 weeks(30~60 days), or may take more than that in some cases. Please note that local humidity levels significantly impact the face-up and body brushing process. High humidity can cause the matte finishing spray to appear whitish, affecting the final result. In such cases, we must wait for suitable weather conditions to proceed, which may extend the production timeline. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or delays beyond our control, both parties will communicate and confirm any necessary adjustments.

 

* Production & Shipping Timeline *

· Estimated Duration: Made-to-order dolls typically require 4 to 9 weeks (30-60 days) for completion. This timeframe is an estimate and subject to extension.
· Important Notice on Weather: The final face-up/ Body-brushing and sealing process is highly sensitive to ambient humidity. High humidity can adversely affect the matte finish. Therefore, we reserve the right to pause work and wait for suitable weather conditions to ensure a flawless result, which may extend the production timeline.
· Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., national holidays, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, pandemics). In such events, we will communicate proactively to discuss revised timelines.

 

* Cancellations, Returns & Refunds *

· All Sales Are Final: As each doll is a made-to-order, handcrafted artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept order cancellation, returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for reasons of change of mind or personal circumstance unless there is a verified quality issue.

To report an issue, you must comply with the following mandatory process:
  1. Submit a clear, continuous unboxing video (from unopened package to full inspection) to roe2me.dolly@gmail.com within 72 hours (3 days) of the carrier-stamped delivery date.
  2. Provide detailed photographs of the alleged defect.
* Important: Due to the delicate, handcrafted nature of BJDs, any claim submitted without the required unboxing video or after the 72-hour window will not be eligible for any review, refund, or repair.
